Public Spaces Protection Orders for Dog Control

Fylde Borough Council has implemented a number of Public Space Protection Orders for Dog Control, which came into effect on 1st October 2017. The orders require a person to put any dog in their charge on a lead and applies to all public places, on highways and car parks. Failure to comply with the order will result in a Fixed Penalty Notice of £100.
