The Returning Officer at Fylde Borough Council has advised that at the latest time for the receipt of nomination papers and close of withdrawals, the number of candidates remaining was equal to the number of seats being contested and therefore a poll to elect members for Singleton Parish Council on 4 May 2023 will NOT be held.
On 5 April 2023, Tracy Manning, Returning Officer, Fylde Borough Council wrote: –
“I, being the Returning Officer at the Election of Parish Councillor Councils for Singleton on Thursday 4 May 2023, report that the persons whose names appear below were duly elected Parish Councillor Councils for Singleton.

The Annual Parish Meeting for Singleton Parish Council will be held at the Village Hall, Singleton on Tuesday 16 May 2023 at 7.00pm and members of the public are most welcome to attend.
