The Minutes of the Parish Council meetings are firstly agreed as a true and correct record, or amended accordingly, and then signed by the Chairman at the following meeting. Copies of these Minutes are then displayed on the noticeboards in the village for a period of 2 – 3 weeks.
Agendas are displayed on the Parish Council noticeboards approximately one week prior to a meeting.
